Changed states, but only have W-2 for former state E-mail
I have lived and worked in the same state, KY, for years. I moved to
OH in October 2006 and still work in KY, but my HR department did not
change my state withholding tax from KY to OH until spring of 2007.
Since my 2006 W-2 only referenced KY, I only filed a KY state return.

Question on AMT and Taxes E-mail
I am a little confused. Last year between me and my spouse we earned
almost 380K( to my surprise). I have paid around 117K in taxes so
far(which is 31%).
My question is :
1. How much taxes do I owe (%) Is it 35% or 28%?
2. Will I be subject to AMT.

Need Help with 401(k) Distribution Crisis E-mail
I was laid off from my job a year ago right after I turned 55. After
a full year of unemployment and living off my unemployment benefits
and savings, I am pretty much out of money and need to turn to my
