Hello,
I'm a permanent resident for a few years.
I'm planning to sell about 2-4% of the company shares that I hold in a
European corporation (it's not publicly traded) to a private investor.
The amount of this sale would total around $60 to 120k.
How will I be taxed on this? My assumption is 15% like a regular stock
